Why I Do This Work

Because community work deserves excellence — not exhaustion.

Too often, nonprofit leaders are asked to do more with less, to meet ambitious goals while navigating systems that were never designed with them in mind. I’ve been there — and I know the tension between mission and sustainability.

I bring over a decade of experience leading impact across nonprofit, school district, and government sectors, along with a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Washington. As a Black woman leader and strategic facilitator, I understand the complexities of leading change in communities that have been historically excluded from decision-making — and the deep potential that emerges when organizations build from within.

I believe strategy and compassion can coexist. I help leaders create clarity, strengthen teams, and align their mission with sustainable action — so their organizations can thrive, not just survive.
